These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PsiloScreen.me website, applications, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). The Services are operated by Entheology Project, Inc., with registered address 2021 Fillmore St PMB 2035, San Francisco, CA 94115 (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
2. Purpose of the ServicesEducation & Harm Reduction Only
PsiloScreen is designed to provide educational, harm-reduction-oriented pre-screening and readiness reflections around psychedelics (e.g., psilocybin). The Services do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment and do not constitute legal advice. Screening outputs may include general educational guidance and risk awareness flags. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. Always seek advice from qualified professionals regarding health, safety, and legal matters.
No facilitation of illegal activity
We do not facilitate, encourage, or condone unlawful possession, distribution, or use of controlled substances. You must comply with the laws applicable to you.
Not for emergencies
The Services are not a crisis or emergency resource. If you are in danger or experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, call local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility & User Commitments

4. Accounts & Access
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
We may enable anonymous or ephemeral use for certain screening flows. Availability of features may vary.
5. Health & Genetic Information; Consent
Portions of the Services may involve questions or inputs related to health or, if you choose, genetic risk factors. Where required by law, we will request explicit consent before processing such information under GDPR Art. 9(2)(a). Refer to the Privacy Policy for details on data categories, purposes, and your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in the Privacy Policy. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal and may limit your ability to use certain features.
6. AI-Assisted Outputs; No Clinical or Legal Advice
Screening outputs and educational guidance may be generated or assisted by automated systems. Automated outputs can be incomplete, incorrect, or out-of-date. Outputs are informational only and are not substitutes for professional judgment. You acknowledge that you rely on such outputs at your own risk and agree to verify information independently where important for your health, safety, or legal compliance.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including to plan, incite, or facilitate illegal drug activity.
- Provide or upload content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or invasive of privacy.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services or breach security or authentication measures.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services (e.g., via malware, scraping at abusive rates, or DDoS).
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services except where permitted by law.
- Use any robot, spider, or other device to retrieve or index the Services without permission, except for public search engines for non-commercial use.
- Misrepresent your identity or submit third-party information without authorization.
8. Content; License to Use the Services
The Services, including all software, text, graphics, images, trademarks, logos, and other materials (collectively, “Content”), are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, your license to use the Services is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable, for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit the Services or Content.
9. Your Submissions & Feedback
- User Inputs: You retain any rights you hold in the information you submit to the Services. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and use your inputs solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, and as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Feedback: You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback for any lawful purpose.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms or tools (e.g., hosting or analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services and disclaim all liability arising therefrom. Third-party use is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
11. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect data. If any conflict exists between these Terms and the Privacy Policy concerning personal data, the Privacy Policy controls.
12. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, our total liability for all claims shall not exceed $100 or the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, without reference to conflict of law principles.
- Venue: The courts of San Francisco, CA shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, except where arbitration applies.
- Arbitration (optional): Disputes shall be resolved under the rules of JAMS, individually. You may opt out in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, IP, liability limits) shall survive.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms and will update the Effective Date above. Where legally required, notice will be provided, and user consent may be sought for material changes.
